We are excited to announce that planning is underway for the 2026 APSNA Annual Scientific Conference - 35 Years Strong: Advancing Care, Inspiring the Future! 

The 2026 conference will be held at the Marriott St. Louis Grand in St. Louis MO on April 22-24. The planning team is worked hard to design an inspiring experience for all in attendance, filled with learning, networking and collaboration. 

This year's conference highlights the progress made and future direction of pediatric surgical nursing, emphasizing the importance of innovation, education and advocacy in shaping the field. Attendees will benefit from a wide range of topics and faculty presenting original evidence-based research findings as well as innovative ideas for successful approaches to clinical application of pediatric surgical nursing. 

The APSNA Annual Scientific Conference is a wonderful opportunity to engage with your colleagues in the pediatric surgical nursing community. Nurse leaders representing hospitals, clinics, universities, and healthcare organizations from across the country will come together at the conference.

CANCELLATION:

Registration fees, less a $50 administrative fee, are refundable to registrants who notify APSNA office in writing of their cancellation before March 15, 2026. No refunds will be made after March 15, 2026. If you cannot attend, you may choose to send someone in your place; however, discounted member rates cannot be transferred to non-members. Registrations cannot be shared or split. You must contact sara@vtls.org with any attendee changes.

Sleeping rooms have been blocked for APSNA at the Marriott St. Louis Grand for April 21-25 at a rate of $219.00 plus taxes for single and double occupancy. Self-Parking is $40/day/Valet Parking $58/day for for all registered guests.
