Exhibitor setup is scheduled Wednesday, April 22 from 1-5:00 pm and exhibits will open during the attendee Welcome Reception from 5:30 - 7:00 pm. Exhibits will also be open from 6:45 am - 5:00 pm on Thursday, April 23.

OPTIONS

• Exhibitor - $2,000.00 per table/space

Exhibits will be held on April 22-23 at the Marriott St. Louis Grand. Attendees will have scheduled times to visit exhibits throughout the event, consisting of the welcome reception on April 22, time during the breakfast and lunch on April 23, as well as networking breaks on April 23. 

Exhibitor display fees include one, 6'x30" table, chair(s), wastebasket and admission into the welcome reception on Wednesday, April 22 and the breakfast and lunch on Thursday, April 23 for up to two (2) company representatives. In addition, recognition of participation and support on social media and within the event app, and a list of attendees opting in for information to be shared (name, place of business and email address) will be provided. 

If you have additional representatives that would like to participate in the reception and meals you must purchase additional tickets during the registration process. Electricity/Power at booth space is available for an additional fee through the hotel directly.

REGISTRATION 

To secure your company's participation in the conference, please complete the application and carefully review and sign the terms and conditions pages with the Sponsorship Prospectus. 

Submit your completed forms, along with a high resolution image (.jpg/.png format) of your company logo to Sara in the APSNA Office at sara@vtls.org for processing. 

Registration Deadline: March 1, 2026

Refund/Cancellation Policy – Exhibitor/Sponsor fees, less a $100.00 enrollment processing fee, will be refunded to exhibitors/sponsors who cannot participate and notify the American Pediatric Surgical Nurses Association, Inc. (APSNA) in writing of the cancellation before March 1, 2026. No refunds will be made after March 1, 2026. There will be no refunds due to inclement weather.

Sleeping rooms have been blocked for the American Pediatric Surgical Nurses Association, Inc. (APSNA) at the Marriott St. Louis Grand for April 21-25 at a rate of $219.00 plus taxes for single and double occupancy. Self-Parking is $40/day/Valet Parking $58/day for all registered guests.
